This policy explains what information 3rd Eyes ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use 3rdeyes.io and our signal service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain.
1. Who we are
3rd Eyes publishes weather prediction-market research and trading signals. You can reach us any time at support@3rdeyes.io with any privacy question or request.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email address - when you sign up for free signals or subscribe to a paid plan.
- Name - if you provide it at checkout (passed to us by our payment processor).
- Telegram username / user ID - when you join one of our Telegram channels using an invite link, so we can manage your channel access (for example, removing access when a subscription ends).
- Anything you send us - for example, the contents of a support email.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank details - Stripe handles that directly. We receive only limited information such as your email, name, the plan purchased, and your subscription status.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability. We use minimal, essential cookies, and may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver signals, emails, and the service you signed up for.
- To create and manage your subscription and your access to our Telegram channels.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run 3rd Eyes, and only as needed:
- Stripe - payment processing and subscription billing.
- Resend - sending transactional and signal emails.
- Telegram - delivering signals and managing channel access.
- Netlify - website hosting and serverless functions.
The weather and market-data sources our models use receive no personal information. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Data retention
We keep your information while your account or subscription is active, and afterward only as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, or tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); some records may be retained where the law requires.
6. Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing or signal emails any time using the link in the email footer.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@3rdeyes.io.
- Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing. We honor these requests as applicable - just contact us.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (Stripe, Netlify, Resend) for sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
3rd Eyes is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. International users
3rd Eyes is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the US. If you access the service from outside the US, you consent to that transfer and processing.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or on the site.
