These terms govern your use of 3rdeyes.io and the 3rd Eyes signal service. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them. Please read the risk and "not advice" sections carefully.
1. What 3rd Eyes is - and is not
3rd Eyes publishes impersonal market research and trading signals for weather prediction-market contracts. The same signals go to every subscriber.
- We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or Commodity Trading Advisor, and nothing we publish is personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
- We do not hold any trading authority over your accounts, never execute trades for you, and never touch your funds.
- You make all trading decisions independently, using your own account and money on third-party platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use 3rd Eyes. You are responsible for ensuring that trading prediction-market contracts is legal where you live, and for meeting the eligibility and verification requirements of any platform you use (such as Kalshi). Availability can vary by jurisdiction and by state.

We work to make our signals accurate, but we make no guarantee of any outcome, profit, win rate, or result. Win-probability figures and historical performance are estimates and descriptions of the past, not promises about the future. Hypothetical illustrations (for example, in the sizing calculator) are for education only.
5. Subscriptions, billing & renewal
- Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Execution Pipeline is a one-time purchase that includes a setup session and a complimentary first month of Pro; after the trial, Pro renews monthly at the standard rate unless cancelled.
- All billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel any time, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Because this is a digital service delivered continuously:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-period or pro-rata refunds for the time remaining after you cancel.
- The one-time Execution Pipeline fee is non-refundable once the setup session has been scheduled or delivered.
Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
Your subscription is for your personal use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, republish, or share our signals or content, and not to scrape, copy, or build a competing service from them, or otherwise misuse the service.
8. Intellectual property
All content, signals, models, and materials provided by 3rd Eyes are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own trading decisions only.
9. Third-party platforms
Kalshi, Coinbase, Robinhood, Polymarket, and any other venues we reference are independent third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for them. Your use of any platform is governed by that platform's own terms, and you are responsible for verifying contracts and availability there.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3rd Eyes is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 3rd Eyes harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your trading activity, or your violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above; your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
